Rob DeCampos is the Chief Compliance Officer of Western Union. Rob brings more than 13 years of compliance experience in Financial Institutions, Money Services Businesses, and general Fintechs. Before his current role, he served as The Head of the AML Office for Intuit and was Intuit’s first designated Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Officer at the enterprise-wide level.

Additionally, Rob held management responsibilities at PayPal in Operational Compliance for BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, ECDD, Sanctions, and Brand Risk Management; managing expansive operational departments in the U.S. as well as APAC, where he served an expat assignment in Malaysia. Prior to joining PayPal, Rob began his compliance career in the Financial Intelligence Unit at American Express.

Rob holds a Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University.
