Kaswar is the European Head of Financial Crime Compliance & UK MLRO at Bank ABC. Previously Kaswar was the EMEA Head of Financial Crime Compliance for the SMBC Group where he has worked for 11 years.

Kaswar also worked for Visa Europe as a Senior Manager-Anti Bribery & Corruption and was a Civil Servant for the Government covering Law Enforcement, National Crime Squad, Serious Organised Crime Agency.
