Jonathan Cary is a partner at RPC in London, specialising in banking and financial markets disputes, contentious regulatory work and investigations.

He has practised in Hong Kong, where he is locally qualified, and has undertaken secondments to the legal and compliance teams of two financial institutions.  

Jonathan conducts investigations for corporates across a number of jurisdictions, including in relation to fraud and bribery and corruption issues, and commonly acts for individuals in regulatory enforcement actions.
