Stephen Curzon

Stephen Curzon joined the European Commission in 2009 and has held an array of different functions in several Directorates General, including Environment, Health and Food Safety, Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection. In 2020 he joined the Directorate-General for Migration and Home affairs (HOME) as political assistant to the Director General. In December 2022 he was appointed as Head of the Unit responsible for Legal Affairs and Anticorruption. He holds a degree in Law as well as a Master in EU Law from King’s College London. In 2009 he obtained a PhD in EU Law from the Universities of Bologna and Strasbourg.
